I recently had the pleasure of working with Phillip from Techrestored for the purchase of a refurbished laptop. Going into it, I had reservations about buying a refurbished laptop online, but budget constraints made it a necessity, and Techrestored has some great reviews so why not! Recently brought my wife's laptop in for some repairs and TLC (if this didn't work we were sweating the possibility of having to buy her a new laptop, in the middle of the month, for work !😅) I was also worried about just picking some random Google search shop - it's always a lucky packet with these things. My wife and I could not be more happier with the service we received! It was super easy, quick and they were always in communication with updates and budget friendly suggests for the repair. They even went the additional mile to courier us the fried hardrive - which was the cause of the problem - without any questions! (data privacy and all that). Great service at a great price. Lance and the guys at TechRestored are TOP NOTCH. Had a very tricky repair which needed doing on my laptop. Even though they were extremely busy they made time to help me. Kept me updated throughout the process, recommended some upgrades which I opted to do, due to them being so reasonable with their pricing. Felt like a family member was doing me a solid throughout.
